All of nine damn days ago we told you about the recently listed 2-BR, 2.5-BA house at 25 Village Street in Somerville designed by former M.I.T. architecture dean Adèle Naudé Santos. It had 12-foot ceilings and severe angles and a 24-foot wall of glass that only added to its hyper-modernist look. It was asking, too, a rather tall amount for Somerville. The 1,993-square-footer, with a backyard and a terrace, wanted $1,200,000. It's found a buyer after fewer than two weeks on the market. Stay tuned for the closing.
