... And, Outta Nowhere, One Charles Boston!

For a long while there it looked like the 3-BR, 3-BA Unit 20A at the Clarendon would make minced meat of the similarly priced Penthouse 202 at One Charles Boston in our latest Real Estate Deathmatch. After all, the latter building has had its struggles while the former seems to streak lucratively along. Then One Charles Boston took the lead. The penthouse kept the lead, too, winning narrowly, 53 percent to 47 percent. Maybe it was the size—the One Charles penthouse was slightly bigger—or maybe it was the price; the penthouse, while priced similarly to the Clarendon spread, was not identically tagged, being some $50K cheaper. We all love a deal, eh?
