The 1-BR, 1-BA Unit 14 at 1840 Commonwealth Avenue off Cleveland Circle in Brighton hit the sales market in mid-June for $235,000. It closed last week. The 523-square-foot, top-floor spread's listing photos, which show a hasty cleaning job, including dishes stacked in the drying rack and a frying pan on the stove, apparently didn't slow its pace in this Thunderdome of a Boston condo market. Unit 14 sold for its listing of $235K. Interestingly enough that's what it sold for in October 2013. Not everything's going for leaps and bounds over asking, apparently.
