The 600-square-foot deck at Penthouse 1104 in the Financial District's Folio might very well be one of the most stupendous in all of Boston (for equally grand decks for sale in the city click here). The outdoor expanse and the 2-BR, 2.5-BA condo that comes with it originally hit the sales market way back in August 2012 for $1,490,000. The listing then disappeared at that price in September. Unit PH1104 was re-listed in May of this year... for $1,650,000. That was significantly more than its last try. Perhaps it was emboldened by the madhouse-strong Boston condo market nowadays. Nevertheless, the price was recently chopped by $25K. Still! That $1,625,000 tag means the 1,573-square-foot spread is asking more than $1K a foot. Can it get it?
