The Skinny: Well, then. A plurality of you (43 percent) guessed $300 under the asking rent for this 3-BR, 1.5-BA in Somerville just northeast of Davis Square. Apparently, the promise of a shared yard and two decks didn't do it for you. Only about 20 percent, in fact, guessed the correct rent; some went as low as $2,400 a month. For shame.
