BOSTON—Stunningly, not everyone is clamoring to rent a $3,000 studio: "It's a different story at Radian, where leasing began in February and 82, or 34 percent of the 240 units, have been rented on Kingston Street at the end of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. Radian property manager Michael Cheek said it took until they opened the building in May, when all the apartments and amenity spaces were completed, for leasing to gain momentum." [Biz Journal]

DOWNTOWN BOSTON—That comes out to $2,908 a square foot for the 4-BR, 3.5-BA penthouse, which is believed to be a record for a Boston condo: "Unit 1201 at the Four Seasons, fetched $10.5 million back in May in a quiet deal involving only a few brokers." [Real Estate Now]
