SOUTH BOSTON—The Boston Redevelopment Authority is hosting a public meeting tonight on the proposed 30-unit condo project at 45 L Street (which, for some bizarre reason, would also include 32 parking spaces). [BRA]

ROXBURY—Meet the Clarion at 311 Blue Hill Avenue: "A ground breaking is set for next year on a four-story and a two-story building that would contain a total of 40 apartments with 5,000 square feet of space for community use on the first floor. Thirteen of the units will be market rate." [Biz Journal]
BRIGHTON—One of the four projects rocking Boston's world right now just got more rocking: "The Boston Redevelopment authority approved the addition of 250 residential units to the $500 million Boston Landing mixed-use project in Brighton." [B & T]
