The Skinny: Wowza! The vast majority of you (almost 81 percent) got this puppy wrong, guessing well under the correct asking rent. A sizable portion (44 percent) guessed $5,500 or less, when the going rate was actually at least $2K more. It may have been that this 2-BR, 2-BA duplex is but a flight up from the stoop of this Vic.
