This contest wasn't even close: The vast majority of you (more than 76 percent) picked the 3-BR at 150 Beacon Street over the 3-BR at 476 Beacon Street. Why? We're guessing the private deck that faces the Charles River. Both spreads have gorgeous vus of the famed ribbon of water. But only one had that outdoor space.
