Notice a Pattern Here? Inside Milton's Most Far-Out Mansion

New, 4 comments

The gobsmackingly designed estate at 77 Corey Lane in Milton (birthplace of George H.W. Bush!) has been on the sales market now for more than two months. It's listed for $7,000,000 even, quite above what it went for the last time it traded: Way back in June 1998, the four-acre spread, with its 19-room main house and its guest cottage, went for a mere $677,500. Wondering about said gobsmacking design? It's a conceptual knockoff of the ideas of Manhattan-based Diamond Baratta. Over to Curbed National: "Diamond Baratta, a little reminder, is a design firm known for its pattern-happy interiors, which are stylishly slathered in quirky motifs, tartans, and medallion rugs."
