The 3-BR, 2-BA, 3,467-square-foot house at 144 Upland Road northwest of Harvard dropped on the sales market back in early May. Designed by the late Paul Rudolph, Yale architecture dean and champion of Brutalism, the interior is dominated by long, steel trusses. Apparently, somebody or somebodies really digs that because 144 Upland is under agreement and waiting to close. The seven-room spread, which also has floor-to-ceiling windows, was asking a cool $2,000,000. Stay tuned.
