SEAPORT DISTRICT—Construction on the 11-story hotel was supposed to start this month: "John Hynes' proposal for a Yotel, a 317-room, micro-unit hotel to be built on Seaport Boulevard, across from the John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse, is being challenged by an abutter." [Biz Journal]
MASS.-WIDE—This is not reassuring: "Fire officials from across Massachusetts descended Tuesday on a meeting of a board that administers the state building code to assail a proposed policy document that they see as an effort to roll back requirements for fire alarm and sprinkler systems in some residential buildings." [Globe]

DOVER—Eat your heart out, Weston! Dover is Massachusetts' most affluent municipality, according to one survey. [Slate]
ROXBURY—Time to update our Public Art Heatmap: "The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy has commissioned Shinique Smith, a 43-year-old New York artist, to install a 70-by-76-foot temporary mural on the air intake building at Summer and Congress streets." [Biz Journal]
