The condo tower at One Charles Street South in downtown Boston has not had the easiest go of it, even within the bubble that is the city's red-hot condo market. Brokers have poo-poohed its location and finishes; some of its units have been epically price-chopped. Still, it has plunged onward. Now comes it's biggest listing in a long while: Penthouse 103, with its 1,866 square feet and its running terrace off the master suite (there are two bedrooms total and two and a half bathrooms). The grill pictured above does not come with the condo, obviously. But, still, neat option, eh? Penthouse 103 is asking $3,195,000.
