This latest Real Estate Deathmatch was actually relatively close compared with earlier duels: About 58 percent of you voted for the new-construction triplex at 41-2 Elmwood Street vs. 42 percent for the older, though similarly capacious number at 4 Howard Street. Both are 3-BRs off Davis Square costing around $1,000,000 and both are around 2,500 square feet. The victor, though, is one of those newfangled smart homes and comes with a parking space (the 4 Howard unit did not). Parking, then—that can do the trick 'round here, too. · Got Parking?
