Bocce Ball Court Proving Irresistible in Watertown

New, 3 comments

Bocce ball courts are the new It Amenity in Boston-area apartment complexes, with the game your uncles played on St. Joseph's Day popping up throughout the region. This includes at the newish Watertown Mews at 1 Repton Place in Watertown. Its first 206 units opened in April, with units ranging from $1,935 for a studio to $3,550 for a 3-BR. Seventy-two percent of those units have been snatched up, perhaps in no small part to amenities such as the complex's bocce ball court (pictured above) and the snazzy outdoor pool. Now, more apartments are coming online there. Developer Mill Creek Residential and manager the Bozzuto Group are opening an additional 64 apartments in a second building at the Watertown Mews.
