What Housing Crisis?

On Thursday we noted a distinct lack of big condo complexes opening in a housing-starved Boston in 2015. In fact, the only one we could find with more than 50 units was the 83-unit Sepia Boston in the South End. A reader writing into the ever-discreet Curbed Boston Tipline, however, pointed us to Brighton's Lancaster. The 55-unit spread is supposed to open this spring. That brings us to a grand total of two bigger condo developments opening in 12 months. [Curbed Boston]
