Millennium Tower Master Suite Has Two Walk-In Closets

New, 9 comments

Everyone knows that the under-construction Millennium Tower in Downtown Crossing is the most important thing to happen to Boston since the British split in 1776. The 685-foot spire is set to (maybe) transform the entire neighborhood around it as well as to usher in a Manhattan-like level of condo pricing the likes of which our fair town has never seen before. Yet for all its pomp and circumstance the massive monolith has been shrouded in mystery, at least physically. A new listing, however, for what is known address-wise as 1 Franklin Street, provides us a thorough glance at just what a Millennium Tower spread might entail. The above floorplan is for Unit 4602 on the 60-story tower's 46th floor. It will be a 3-BR, 4.5-BA unfolding over 3,172 square feet; and will include floor-to-ceiling windows with what we can only imagine are dictatorial vus of the region and harbor below. Never mind all that. The master suite comes with two walk-in closets. Neat. It's asking $6,675,000—or a very Manhattan $2,104 a square foot. (Oh! And the listing also gives us a peek at the Millennium Tower's likely condo fee: $3,508. It's probably worth it.)
