A new listing, however, for what is known address-wise as 1 Franklin Street, provides us a thorough glance at just what a Millennium Tower spread might entail. The above floorplan is for Unit 4602 on the 60-story tower's 46th floor. It will be a 3-BR, 4.5-BA unfolding over 3,172 square feet; and will include floor-to-ceiling windows with what we can only imagine are dictatorial vus of the region and harbor below. Never mind all that. The master suite comes with two walk-in closets. Neat. It's asking $6,675,000—or a very Manhattan $2,104 a square foot. (Oh! And the listing also gives us a peek at the Millennium Tower's likely condo fee: $3,508. It's probably worth it.)
