Royally Price-Chopped 39 Hancock Street Back on the Market

Last spring the gobsmackingly regal townhouse at 39 Hancock Street in Beacon Hill chopped its price a stunning $750,000. The 5,172-square-foot spread with three parking spaces and bones in the 1850s went from $4,250,000 to a cool $3.5M. Then it disappeared from the market altogether come fall; and has only just now reappeared. The 5-BR, 3.5-BA still wants $3,500,000 and it's still listed through super-brokerage Campion & Co. And it still comes with an additional lot as well as the 11-room, five-fireplace townhouse. Stay tuned.
