The Bookshelves Are Extra in This Charlestown Townhouse

New, 1 comment

The townhouse at 435 Bunker Hill Street is far from Charlestown's oh-so-quaint gaslight district. Instead, it's a short stroll to East Somerville (should you want to make that stroll by I-93). It does, however, have its charms. First of all, it's a bona fide townhouse: 2,409 square feet; three bedrooms; two and a half bathrooms. Second of all, it has two outdoor decks and a fenced-in yard. Third of all, there are flourishes such as a chef's kitchen and an attached garage. The whole shebang is asking $1,099,000. Curiously enough, the book cases on either side of the fireplace are available separately for purchase at an undisclosed price.
