When last we checked in with the 10-room, 2,908-square-foot Victorian at 496 Adams Street in Dorchester's Pope's Hill section, it was new to the market and asking $675,000. That was in early August. The 6-BR, 2.5-BA with cathedral ceilings and multiple skylights (and a resident pedigree that includes New Kid on the Block Danny Wood) traded fairly fast, it turns out, and now we know the closing price. The Vic in the end fetched $684,500. Hangin' tough, indeed.
