Watermark Seaport Rents and Other Details, Revealed

Developers Skanska USA and Twining Properties have officially launched pre-leasing at the forthcoming Watermark Seaport at 85 Seaport Boulevard in the Seaport District-Fort Point borderlands. Recall that the ultra-modern, ultra-green development will include two interconnected buildings: one a 17-story tower of luxury apartments and the other a six-floor number dedicated to loft living. All total there will be 346 units, including 44 innovation units (a.k.a. micro-apartments) for the techie in your life who needs but a place to sleep and to make coffee. As befits a new luxury apartment complex in Greater Boston, the Watermark Seaport also comes with a plethora of amenities, including 24-hour concierge, indoor bike storage and an 18th-floor shared deck with sweeping views. As for rents, studios start at $2,300; 1-BRs at $2,700; 2-BRs at $4,200; and 3-BRs at $4,300. (Relatively inexpensive for the area, no?) Parts of the project will be move-in ready beginning in January, with the rest coming online at the end of winter.
