The thoroughly renovated house was asking $999,000, putting it well within striking distance of becoming the first single-family or condo in the entire neighborhood to trade for at least $1,000,000. Well... The Garrison-slash-Gambrel is under contract and it looks like, yeah, it might be the first. The Metro newspaper is reporting that 92 Grampian is under contract for $1,010,000.
