The proposed project known as Washington Village would stretch to a collective 894,600 square feet; and would include 656 residential units; 98,600 square feet of retail; 440 below-ground garage parking spaces and 120 surface parking spots; and 42,500 square feet of open space as well as new streets, walkways and plazas. The genesis of Washington Village dates from the spring, when developers first announced plans and now those plans have crystallized into the specifics filed this week with the city. Stay tuned.
