Boston's Most Expensive New Listing Is All About Bold Colors

New, 2 comments

The 10-room, 4,034-square-foot townhouse at 18 Fairfield Street in Back Bay last traded in March 2000 for a mere $1,500,000. It has returned to the sales market as of Wednesday and brings with it some pretty bold color choices, particularly in the bedrooms (of which there are four). The townhouse also comes with six fireplaces and a two-level deck. Eighteen Fairfield wants $4,200,000 this go-round, making it Boston's priciest new listing in well over a week—though by no means the most expensive, period.
