When last we checked in with Unit 3 at the newish Winter Place Residences, it was April 2014 and the 3,357-square-foot spread carved from part of the topmost of the old Locke-Ober building was asking $3,000,000. The 3-BR, 2.5-BA with its own roof deck is now back on the market (after apparently disappearing, we didn't catch that) and asking a ton less than that last tag. The condo now wants $2,500,000. That's a full half-mill off spring 2014's asking. Thoughts?
