The magisterial estate at 5 Concord Road in Weston originally hit the market for $24,000,000 in September 2014, which made it perhaps the most expensive residential listing in the wider Boston area in at least a decade. The price came down within a few months to a mere $18,000,000 and then a few months after that to $14,900,000, where it remained until this past September, when 5 Concord just plain dropped off the block. The estate recently returned to the sales market through Campion & Co. and again clocks in at $14,900,000. That sum nets you the main Georgian-style house as well as a pool house (with great room) for a total living area of 12,589 square feet. There's also a four-car garage carved from a former carriage house and 10.5 acres of land, including a heated pool. That's for $14.9M. For an additional $6,000,000, one could attain two adjoining parcels totaling more than 20 acres. Take your pick.
