The data is culled from vacant or available listings on the site as of September, so it's a pretty good snapshot of the situation out there. Otherwise, good luck, especially if you're looking to rent a 1-BR along D Street in Southie, in downtown Boston or in East Cambridge. Those are the priciest areas this fall, according to Zumper.
