Real estate research site Zumper is out with a handy map of where the median rents on 1-BR apartments stand in the Boston area this fall.
The data is culled from vacant or available listings on the site as of September, so it's a pretty good snapshot of the situation out there. For a deeper dive into both 1-BRs and 2-BRs, check out this chart and analysis. Otherwise, good luck, especially if you're looking to rent a 1-BR along D Street in Southie, in downtown Boston or in East Cambridge. Those are the priciest areas this fall, according to Zumper.
