The 3,799-square-foot Victorian at 68 Pinckney Street in Beacon Hill originally hit the sales market in early April for $4,100,000. The tag on the 5-BR, 3-BA townhouse with a private roof deck and on-street parking quickly started to come down, however: first to $3.9M in mid-April and then to $3.7M in June. Sixty-eight Pinckney then tumbled off the market entirely on June 30. Well, it's back. The 10-room spread now wants $3,450,000 through new listing brokerage Coldwell Banker. For those scoring at home, that's a full $650,000 off the original tag. Stay tuned.
