Some have hit the market and at least one has already traded: the 6,252-square-foot duplex penthouse, which was asking $13,250,000 this time last year (the deal for it does not appear to have closed yet). Now comes Unit 4, a 4,137-square-foot, 4-BR, 4.5-BA condo with direct elevator access and two deeded parking spaces. It wants a not-inconsequential amount as well. Unit 4 is asking $9,850,000—or some $2,380 a square foot. And! Know this: It will not be fully developed and move-in ready until May 2016. Settle in for the winter.
