When last we checked in with the five-story, 4,025-square-foot townhouse at 13 Rutland Square in the South End, it was early July and the gorgeous Venetian Gothic had cut its original asking price $149,000 to $4,450,000. The spread then dropped off the market completely a week after that chop. Thirteen Rutland is back now, with updated photos and a fresh tag. The townhouse currently wants an even $4,200,000. That is a full $399,000 off the original asking. Good to go?
