SOUTH BOSTON—Massport updated its plans for a big development site across from the convention center, one that could include residential and that will very, very likely include a hotel: "According to public filings, the project would include a 250-plus room hotel, street-level retail space and ... 'Massport seeks other complementary, non-hotel uses such as office, residential, retail or entertainment uses to enhance the financial viability and urban dynamism of the proposed project.'"
