South End's Brand-New Sepia Enters Its Resales Phase

Sepia Boston is part of the Ink Block complex, which is part of the development-driven metamorphosis of the South End's northeastern pie-slice. It only recently finished selling its 83 units and already it appears that at least one of those units is being sold. Unit 610 in the full-service building is a 2-BR, 2-BA spread over 1,096 square feet and coming with a balcony, a W/D and a garaged parking space. According to property records, it appears to have traded for $1,074,000 (the deed, dated Nov. 16, is not finalized). Unit 610 is now back on the sales market for $1,395,000. We'll see what happens. If you know of any other resales at the recently completed Sepia, do drop us a word on the always-discreet Curbed Boston Tipline.
