The Price That Set Boston's All-Time Condo Record

The clue in our latest Real Estate Jeopardy was: Unit 1005-1006 at the Heritage on the Garden recently set an all-time Boston condo sales-price record with this amount.

The answer is: What is $15,400,000. Yes, indeed, the palatial spread, which features 67 feet of Public Garden frontage, closed in early November for that magic number. We are fairly certain that the $15.4M represents the biggest tag ever for any Boston home, condo or otherwise; though we're still investigating. Thanks for playing and happy Monday.
