The Skinny: Wowza! The vast majority of you got this one wrong. Only 25 percent guessed the correct asking for this 1-BR, 1-BA with a W/D, a private deck, off-street parking and a storage unit. The biggest vote-getter was $400,000 with nearly 48 percent. Interesting side note to all this: The price for Unit 1 at 36 Saxton Street bounced to $335,000 on Tuesday. So, in a sense, you all got it wrong.
