Alewife's Boomlet Echos Onward With Fuse Cambridge Debut

New, 3 comments

There are fewer places in the Greater Boston area changing faster and more completely than that area of North Cambridge around the accidental Alewife T terminus. New development is driving so much of that change there. The latest arrival is Fuse Cambridge at 165 Cambridgepark Drive, which just commenced leasing and is move-in ready.

The 250,000-square-foot complex, developed by Hines and managed by the Bozzuto Group, has 244 apartments ranging from 506-square-foot studios to 1,383-square-foot 3-BRs. There is also a fitness center with a yoga room (of course) as well as heated pool and sundeck. There is also a W/D in each apartment, and some have sizable balconies. As for rents, studios right now start at $2,240; 1-BRs at $2,440; 2-BRs at just over $3,000; and 3-BRs at $3,710. These sums could change in the coming weeks as leasing picks up and more units come online. Stay tuned.
