Roxbury's Long-Listed 34 Lambert Hosts Super Bowl Raffle

The 110-year-old stone home at 34 Lambert Street in Roxbury has been on and off the market since September 2013, when it was listed for $829,000. The 2,556-square-foot house comes with quaint flourishes such as cathedral ceilings in one of its four bedrooms and that lovely grey puddingstone on its exterior (and interior in some parts). No matter. Thirty-four Lambert has switched brokers at least four times and its price has come tumbling down. To perhaps speed things along, new listing brokerage Keller Williams Boston-Metro offered a chance at an open house this weekend to enter a raffle to attend Super Bowl 50 in February. The raffle does not appear to have worked (at least not yet) as the old stone house is still on the market. It is asking $750,000, and we should note that nearly all talk of 34 Lambert as an investment opportunity has gone by the wayside. Stay tuned.
