SOUTH END—The Church of Scientology is taking advantage of the hot real estate market and putting its Hotel Alexandra on Washington Street up for sale. It will be up to (most likely) a private developer to make something of the five-story building dating from the 1870s. It's seen better days. [Boston.com]
