Housing-starved Cambridge just got 96 new apartments via the recently opened Chroma complex at 240 Sidney Street in the Cambridgeport neighborhood. Above is a peek at the model 1-BR prospective tenants can check out. The development includes such de rigueur amenities as a pet-washing station, electric-car chargers and a bike-repair spot. As for rents, studios at Chroma start at $2,300, 1-BRs at $2,650, 2-BRs at $3,350, and 3-BRs at $4,450.
