That Colonial on a Private Beacon Hill Street Lands Buyer

The gorgeous Colonial townhouse at 7 West Hill Place on that circular private way in Beacon Hill hit the sales market in late June for $3,950,000. The 4-BR, 4-BA, which dates from 1917 and includes direct access to a garden bequeathed by writer Annie Adams Fields, ended up dropping its price considerably and now appears to have landed a buyer. Seven West Hill was last asking $3,750,000, or a full $200K off the original tag. A sale is pending. We'll see about the close soon.
