This Beacon Hill 1-BR Is Asking A Lot More Than $1M

Unit 3 at 73 Hancock Street in Beacon Hill hit the sales market a couple of days ago. It has one bedroom and one bathroom within its 1,648 square feet. It also happens to be three levels, with the kitchen and dining room (and deck) on top and the entry area in the middle with more space underneath. Whatever that layout, though, Unit 3 is still a 1-BR. Nevertheless! The spread is (we think) punching above its weight price-wise. The condo is asking $1,300,000, or about $774 a square foot. What'd you think?
