What It Looks Like to Live Inside a Sweeping Seaport Loft

New, 4 comments

Unit 205 at Dockside Place in the Seaport District might be one of the most expensive 1-BRs for sale in Boston right now. Its marketing spiel does note that it could be converted into a 2-BR, but that might ruin the loft's epic sweep, a capaciousness that six huge windows on two sides only accentuates. The 1,415-square-footer dropped on Wednesday. Unit 205 wants $785,000. This looks to us like a relative steal at just over $554 a square foot, whatever the aggregate total. Are we right?
