Charlestown's 3 Hilary: What a Difference Three Years Makes

New, 2 comments

The 1,970-square-foot townhouse at 3 Hilary Street in Charlestown last traded in April 2012 for $789,000. The nine-room spread is back on the market as of early this month for significantly more. The new tag nets three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a private patio, parking for one, and a main suite that spreads over the entire top floor via a nursery-slash-office-slash-whatever-the-buyer-wants-it-to-be. Three Hilary now wants $1,279,000, making it one of the pricier listings on the Charlestown market. We'll see what happens.
