How Much a Month for 2-BR in Millennium Place?

RentSpotter is Curbed Boston's apartment-rent guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you vote for which monthly rent you think it's asking. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. We reveal the answer on Friday. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: a 2-BR, 2-BA at Millennium Place in changing-forever Downtown Crossing
Square Footage: 1,387
The Skinny: Millennium Place at 580 Washington Street is one of the more significant condo complexes to open in Boston in the last several years. For better or worse, it is an address that is helping to change the streetscape and very feel of Downtown Crossing; and it's been one heckuva bestseller besides. Rentals in the full-service building are not uncommon, either. But how much is too much? And what's just right? One final note: Parking is not included in the rent for this particular condo; that will cost you an extra $300 a month.
