Deals for buyers in the Boston housing market are as rare these days as a dry eye in Seattle right now, and Jamaica Plain is no exception. So when the recent trade of the 1-BR Unit 125 at 111 Perkins Street just off Jamaicaway dropped, we thought we had to share it. The 811-square-foot spread in a 24/7 doorman building was originally listed in October 2014 for $259,000. Then the tag went chop, chop, chop. It finally rested at $225,000, which is what the condo closed for on Friday.
