FENWAY—Here comes the long-awaited Point at 1395 Boylston Street: "Some 15 floors of apartments will be topped by 11 floors of condos. The BRA had already approved an earlier version of the plan, which had 30 fewer residential units. The building will be topped with a rooftop pool. Residents with cars will park them in the existing Trilogy garage." [Hub]
