New, 1 comment

FENWAY—Here comes the long-awaited Point at 1395 Boylston Street: "Some 15 floors of apartments will be topped by 11 floors of condos. The BRA had already approved an earlier version of the plan, which had 30 fewer residential units. The building will be topped with a rooftop pool. Residents with cars will park them in the existing Trilogy garage." [Hub]
JAMAICA PLAIN—Plans for a big development in Egleston Square are inching forward: "In a filing with the BRA, developers Paul and Justin Iantosca and Dan Mangiacotti detail their proposal to replace the E&J Auto Center, the old Economy Plumbing and Heating Supply Co. and parking lots at 3200 Washington Street with three new residential buildings with 73 apartments or condos and three town houses."
