Courtesy of the magic of the multiple-listing service we can bring to you the 10 top Boston real estate brokers (and brokerage teams) in 2014 in terms of sales volume. No. 10 is the team behind the newish Millennium Place in Downtown Crossing. The 256-unit building was far and away the city's best-selling condo last year. The dollar amount of its sales, though, had nothing on the top few brokers.
