Inside Red Sox Legend David Ortiz's Boston Penthouse

New, 11 comments

Future Hall-of-Famer David Ortiz is selling the Brighton penthouse he bought in 2013 to be closer to Fenway Park three miles away. Not only that, but the Red Sox slugger is selling it furnished, including with five flat-screen TVs as well as a central surround-sound system. The 3-BR, 3-BA at the Waterworks at Chestnut Hill complex also comes with two private terraces, one of which, appropriately enough, overlooks three baseball diamonds in Cassidy Park. Ortiz reportedly enjoyed watching the games played there. Big Papi, whose main home is in Weston, wants $3,200,000 for Penthouse 606 at the Waterworks. He bought the 3,073-square-foot spread in April 2013 for an even $3M. The photos above are from the time of that sale.
