One Month In and It's Five Figures Off at South End's 15 Warren

New, 7 comments

There are certain truisms that animate the Boston condo market. One is that condos go fast (and sometimes for way over their asking prices). Another is that the South End is more popular than water in a desert. And yet. Unit 2 at 15 Warren Avenue has chopped its price by $55,000 barely a month after its sales-market debut. The 3-BR, 3-BA duplex comes with a parking space available for rent at the nearby Atelier. Its design, too, is sleek and clean; and there's plenty of storage to boot. Nevertheless. The 1,990-square-foot spread now wants $1,595,000—or roughly $801 a square foot. Stay tuned.
