The Mansard Victorian at 20 Lowell Street in West Cambridge last traded way back in February 2002 for $1,805,000. It's back on the market now for a price that easily makes it Cambridge's most expensive listing in a while. The 14-room, 3,902-square-foot spread comes with at least five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms as well as a 21-foot-long living room and a screened-in porch (and a library with built-in shelves). The house wants $2,950,000 through Coldwell Banker this go-round. The listing makes clear, though: the clawfoot tub and elephant towel rack are not included.
