17 Photos of a Boston 1-BR That Sold for Under Its Asking

New, 5 comments

There is hope in the Thunderdome that is the Boston housing market. We have proof. A 1-BR, 1-BA at 121 Tremont Street in Brighton dropped on the sales market in late January for $224,500. While it's not much to look at, the Prime Realty listing provided a cornucopia of photos showing the 726-square-foot spread's functionality. Hey, it was a 1-BR in Boston asking under $250,000. A deal for the condo closed on March 15 for $220,000—a full $4,500 off its asking price. Go in peace.
